Overview

We are currently hiring a Full Time LPN to support and travel to the following communities: Brookdale Manlius, Brookdale Bellevue Brookdale Liverpool, Brookdale East Side, Brookdale Fayetteville 

 

This nurse will have a Full Time schedule and will travel between these communities. Flexibility is preferred.

 

This position will offer mileage reimbursement

 

Training and on-boarding will be done at the Brookdale Manlius location

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
  • Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician as well as documenting responses to care plans.
  • Nurses also administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply room and adhere to company systems, procedures and processes.
  • LPN or LVN License Required per state regulations.

Salary Range Information

$26.57 - $33.21 / hour
