Brookdale is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel LPN to support clinical care across two of our Sarasota communities—Brookdale Deer Creek Memory Care and Brookdale Sarasota Midtown. This unique position allows you to make a meaningful impact while working with residents in both assisted living and specialized memory care settings.
As a Travel LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered care, ensuring resident safety, and collaborating with team members across both locations. Provides care to residents in accordance with physician orders, recognized standards of practice and established company policies and procedures. Travels to various communities throughout district or state on a rotating schedule to cover temporary vacancies or to provide additional support.

Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and e-mail (Microsoft Outlook or Exchange, preferred). Basic typing skills are essential. Ability to maintain resident confidentiality.
